Job Description Job Title: Parts Associate Job Description The Parts Associate supports daily warehouse and parts operations by managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to technicians. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with basic computer data entry and customer-focused service to keep parts organized, accessible, and accurately documented. Responsibilities • Maintain accurate inventory of parts in the warehouse through regular counting, verification, and documentation., • Enter inventory data into the computer system to ensure up-to-date and precise records of parts and stock levels., • Perform shipping and receiving duties, including checking incoming shipments, verifying orders, and preparing outgoing shipments., • Load and unload trucks and deliveries safely and efficiently using appropriate warehouse methods and equipment., • Pack boxes and prepare parts for shipment or internal distribution, ensuring items are protected and correctly labeled., • Pull, pick, and stage parts orders accurately for technicians and other internal customers., • Deliver parts to technicians in a timely manner to support efficient service and repair operations., • Stock shelves and storage areas, organizing parts to maintain a clean, orderly, and easily navigable warehouse., • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and stock issues., • Support general warehouse operations, including warehouse production and distribution tasks as needed., • Provide courteous, customer-oriented service when interacting with internal staff and external customers., • Experience with inventory tasks, including counting, tracking, and maintaining warehouse stock., • Hands-on experience with loading and unloading materials in a warehouse or distribution environment., • Ability to perform cycle counts and support inventory control processes., • Proficiency with basic computer use to enter and update inventory information., • experience in parts, shipping and receiving, including processing incoming and outgoing orders., • Experience with order picking, order pulling, and stocking in a parts warehouse setting., • Ability to perform warehouse packing and prepare shipments accurately and efficiently., • Familiarity with warehouse operations, warehouse production, and warehouse distribution activities., • Customer service skills with a customer service–oriented mindset when working with technicians and other stakeholders., • Previous experience in parts inventory or parts distribution is beneficial., • Experience in a warehouse inventory role with responsibility for inventory control is an advantage., • experience in shipping & receiving within a warehouse environment is preferred., • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and inventory entry., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment This role is based in Albuquerque with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule in a 76-year-old, well-established company. The position operates on first shift with a start time between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., working 10-hour days from Monday through Friday. The work takes place in a warehouse environment focused on parts, inventory, and distribution, offering varied day-to-day tasks rather than repetitive work. The facility supports shipping and receiving, warehouse inventory, and distribution operations, and emphasizes a collaborative, employee-focused atmosphere with regular company events such as a Christmas party and monthly employee lunches. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
