Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Tenant Revenue Administrator to work for a great Real Estate organization in the Bethpage, NY area. Position Overview The Tenant Revenue Administrator (TRA) is an experienced commercial real estate accounting professional who will play a critical role in strengthening our revenue and collections operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated real estate/property management experienced professional seeking hands-on exposure to executive leadership within a growing, family-owned real estate organization that values initiative, accountability, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Lease Chargebacks & Revenue Processing • Utilize the Lease Chargeback Database to respond to inquiries and ensure all eligible chargebacks are processed monthly in accordance with lease terms, • Coordinate with Lease Administration regarding new lease commencements and expirations to ensure all chargebacks are identified, reconciled, and billed timely, • Review at-time-of-service invoices to determine chargeback eligibility, • Retrieve paid invoices from Nexus or MRI, prepare chargeback invoices, confirm charges with Property Management, and post to the appropriate tenant in the MRI subledger, • Ensure all posted tenant charges are collected in a timely mannerUtility Billing Management, • Oversee utility billing and update tenant percentage allocations as required, • Verify that all percentage-based utility chargebacks are captured correctly within the Utility Invoice Listing for each billing cycle, • Post verified charges to tenants in the MRI subledger and distribute invoices per company procedures, • Partner with the Property Management Administrator (PMA) to ensure accurate AP coding and assist in establishing purchase order templates for utility expensesQualifications, • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, • Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate experience in property management, accounts receivable billing, accounting, or financial operations, • Strong understanding of lease provisions, chargeback structures, and tenant billing processes, • Experience with ERP systems such as MRI, Yardi, JD Edwards, or equivalent platforms, • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills, • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departmentsAPPLY TODAY to this Excellent Career Opportunity in the Real Estate Industry.
