This role can be fully remote from anywhere in the country that Wilson Elser has an office or on site in White Plains. The Position Wilson Elser currently seeks an E-Billing Administrator to be responsible for key phases of the e-billing process, including, bill submission, follow-up on rejected items, and acceptance tracking. Key Responsibilities: • Execute electronic submission of client invoices via various e-billing middleware systems, • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the invoice submission process, • Coordinate with attorneys, clients and administrative staff for resolution and maintenance tasks associated with client e-billing requirements, • Clearly communicate escalated issues as needed to Supervisor, Manager and Director, • Professionally liaise with team members, attorneys and upper management, • Track statuses of submitted invoices to ensure payment from client, • Maintain internal database of e-billed clients and their compliance requirements, • Document and update reference materials for all aspects of the e-billing process as necessary, • Assist with partner and client inquiries in a timely manner, • Provide updates and financial analysis to attorneys, clients and administrative staff as requested, • Participate in firm-wide and departmental projects and initiatives, • 1+ years of e-billing experience within a corporate law department or law firm, • Must have experience with BillBlast, • Knowledge of legal billing and Middleware systems a plus (i.e., Legal Exchange, TyMetrix 360, Legal-X, Serengeti/Legal Tracker), • Knowledge of various Legal Electronic Data Exchange Standard (LEDES) billing formats a plus., • Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, • Strong reading comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills, • Ability to exercise proper judgment, • Ability to produce detailed and accurate work products, • Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements., • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing with attorneys, staff, vendors and clients., • Ability to provide quality client service to both internal and external contacts, regarding matters of a routine nature., • Ability to identify issues and oversee the execution of resourceful solutions, • Benefits: Outstanding benefits package, including 401k match and generous PTO plan, • Career Growth: Ample opportunities for professional development and advancement

JOB SUMMARY: Round Hill Community Church is seeking a Church Administrator to ensure the smooth functioning of the business of the church and campus and serves as a central resource for staff, committees, board of trustees, and congregants. This role facilitates communication, manages day-to-day operations, and oversees administrative, human resources/payroll, and logistical functions with a focus on service, stewardship, and organizational excellence. The Church Administrator reports to the Senior Pastor and provides leadership and oversight to 3 direct reports: Administrative & Facilities Coordinator, Campus Manager, Bookkeeper. Location: Onsite, Greenwich, CT WHAT YOU WILL DO: Campus & Office Management • Supervise Administrative & Facilities Coordinator, Bookkeeper, and Campus Manager including assigning workload, delegating tasks, and ensuring tasks are completed., • Ensures smooth functioning of the business of the church and campus, • Greets visitors, answers the phone, ensures answering machine is updated for special events, • Works with Administrative & Facilities Coordinator to maintain church calendar, • Manages calendar and appointments of Senior Pastor, • Oversees cashflow and makes timely transfers from the Endowment when needed., • Oversee outside contractors and campus activities, • Purchase, management, and maintenance of Worship & Office Supplies, • Support church and employees with computer and office equipment hardware and software updates, ensuring timely coordination, system functionality, and adherence to security protocols. HR and Payroll Management • Manage and process semi-monthly payroll, • Handle employee communications and questions around benefits changes, annual increases, handbook adherence., • Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees., • Track and manage employee benefits, workers compensation claims, and leaves of absence., • Administer 403b plan for lay employees and clergy pension, Pay PBUCC and submit 403b contributions, • Handles insurance renewals including health, property, auto, and workers' compensation. Communications • Ensure timely review, preparation, printing, and distribution of the weekly Order of Service for Sunday worship and special services (including weddings, baptisms, and funerals), with full oversight to ensure completion and accuracy., • Work with Administrative & Facilities Coordinator to generate weekly eBlast in MailChimp, • Send Coffee Hour Host Reminder, Welcome to Worship emails, and create weekly announcements for online and in-person services., • Provides necessary materials for seasonal worship events (Ash Wednesday, Holy Week, Easter, Advent, Christmas Eve), • Notify congregation of deaths (with family approval) Operations & Logistics • Weekly bank deposit and post office trip, • Open and sort mail; route bills to appropriate inboxes, • Maintain RSVP lists for events, • Itemize credit card statements (Visa, AmEx) for Bookkeeper, • Download and file monthly financial statements (Vanguard, Fidelity) Committee Support • Assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of events and activities that support and advance the work of church committees., • Provide staff support for Les Beaux art gallery., • Perform administrative responsibilities of Round Hill Cemetery., • Support Finance team with budget input and financial reporting, • Provide staff support for all teams and committees involved in the development of the RHCC campus., • Provide support with all church communications including publicity materials and website updates, • Provide support to the executive committee with Annual Report design and printing, • Provide support to the giving program by sending campaign mailings, providing stock gift instructions, logging gifts/sending thank-you letters, tracking pledges, and sending weekly updates, track memorial donations and send thank-you letters. WHAT YOU NEED: • Associate degree in business, office management, or a related field preferred., • Minimum of 5 years of office or administrative experience; not-for-profit experience preferred, • Strong communication skills, work ethic, and interpersonal effectiveness that foster a collaborative, high-performing environment, • Creative problem-solver who can generate ideas, manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure, • Warm, outgoing demeanor with the ability to set and maintain professional boundaries, • High level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information, • Commitment to representing the church community with integrity and professionalism, • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms, • Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks (e.g., cutting checks, researching payments), • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (training available)., • Knowledge of equipment and basic building operations to ensure emergency preparedness, • Willingness to learn Church Windows database system (training provided), • Proficient in managing modern technology tools, including AI applications, along with standard office equipment and basic building operations to ensure emergency preparedness About Round Hill Community Church: RHCC is an interfaith, Christian church located in Greenwich, CT.
