Job Description Position Overview This role serves as the primary estimator and project manager for fire sprinkler tenant improvement (TI), retrofit, and remodel projects within the Sprinkler Service Division. Responsibilities include estimating, scoping, coordinating, and managing sprinkler system modifications and upgrades. The position requires strong technical knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, hands-on understanding of field conditions, and the ability to work closely with customers, technicians, general contractors, and internal support teams. This role supports division growth, maintains consistent communication across departments, and contributes to a productive and professional work environment aligned with our standards.
