Job Description Bilingual Spanish / English Administrative/HR Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire) Company: Partners Personnel Location: Moonachie, NJ Pay: $23/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Job Summary: Partners Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative/HR Coordinator to support plant operations, human resources functions, and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors and provide front desk support, • Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and HR team, • Manage office supplies, filing systems, and calendars, • Coordinate meetings, events, and vendor services, • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and termination processes, • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance documentation is complete, • Support employee engagement activities and events, • High school diploma required (Associate’s degree preferred), • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, • Bilingual Spanish preferred, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer daily, • Ability to walk throughout the facility as needed, • Temp-to-hire opportunity, • Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
