Job Description Junior Business Operations Analyst Multiple Locations (AL, CO, IL, MA, MI, OH, TX, VA, WA) Active Secret Clearance Required Anticipated Award Date: August 2025 Anticipated Start Date: September 2025 Position Summary: The Junior Business Operations Analyst provides critical administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of office and business processes. Responsibilities include managing records and files, preparing reports, processing travel and training arrangements, coordinating office services, maintaining property and supply inventories, and supporting hiring events. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Perform record and file management functions, electronic and physical, maintenance, accurate data gathering and data entry, and preparation of records for transfer or destruction, and, • Assist with general office and administrative responsibilities to include: providing phone and desk coverage as needed, preparing budget reports and making travel arrangements; coordinating training events; coordinating miscellaneous support services requirements, managing correspondence; assigning and tracking taskers; troubleshoot minor network and telecom issues; prepare classified and unclassified mailing and shipping; maintain property records and perform inventories., • Proofread and edit documentation, correcting format, grammar and spelling errors, as required., • Maintain and secure classified and CUI documents and files and oversee the destruction of classified and CUI documents and files., • Prepare time and attendance reports., • Respond to routine and non-technical requests for information., • Interact with other internal DCSA offices, departments, and outside Government agencies on a normal basis, as applicable., • Assist with conference room reservation requests and coordinate meeting IT requirements., • Assist with agency hiring events and candidate tracking., • Prepare for, plan, and assist with Safety Inspections and as required., • High School diploma or equivalent, • Two years of relevant service related to the tasks and subtasks, • Good command of the English language, • Demonstrated superior oral and written communication skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, • Physical ability to stoop, kneel, bend, use a computer and perform light lifting of 11-25 pounds.
