Job DescriptionBenefits: • Employee discounts, • Flexible schedule, • Opportunity for advancement Key Responsibilities: HOSTING: • Guest Reception: Warmly greet guests upon their arrival, manage reservations, and oversee seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service., • Guest Service: Address and accommodate special requests, dietary needs, and seating preferences to enhance guest satisfaction., • Communication: Act as the primary liaison between guests and restaurant staff, ensuring clear and effective communication to facilitate efficient service and address any guest concerns promptly., • Operational Efficiency: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the guest reception area, manage dining menus, and ensure all front-of-house materials are up-to-date and well presented., • Safety Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with all restaurant safety standards and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.EXPEDITING:, • Manage the order flow from the kitchen to ensure dishes are prepared in sequence and sent out to diners in a timely manner., • Deliver food from the kitchen to the table, bar, or take-out area., • Check the presentation and quality of each dish before it is served to guarantee it meets the restaurants standards.Act as a communication hub between the kitchen and the dining room staff to relay messages about order status, dietary restrictions, and guest preferences., • Organize and prioritize food tickets to streamline kitchen operations and improve service efficiency., • Resolve any issues related to dish preparation or timing by coordinating with the kitchen and servers.TAKE-OUT:, • Answer phones., • Place to-go orders in the POS., • Manage third party pick up and delivery orders., • Package all to-go orders (third party, call-in, walk-in, etc.).Qualifications:, • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a hospitality role, with a demonstrated ability to engage and satisfy guests., • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting warmly and effectively with guests and team members., • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of the guest experience are managed effectively from cleanliness to personal interactions., • Adaptability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to changing business needs., • Team Collaboration: Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace.
