Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and other tools, safely and effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery or similar environment. Strong knowledge of baking methods, including working with chocolates, croissants, and savory goods. Familiarity with dietary-specific baking, such as vegan and gluten-free options, is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet production deadlines. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality. Knowledge of food safety regulations; a Food Protection Certificate is preferred but not required if under supervision. Passion for baking and creativity in developing innovative recipes is highly desirable.
