Job Summary Summary: As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with running the day-to-day food service operation at The Centurion Lounge, American Express at the Philadelphia International Airport. You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee quality controls for the account. You will maximize profitability, as well as, guest and associate satisfaction.
