Senior Agentic AI Strategist Full time Orlando, FL | On-Site Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 (10–15% Annual Bonus) About the Opportunity Brooksource is partnered with a global leader in the energy industry to identify a Senior Agentic AI Strategist for their North America business. This organization operates a $13B North America portfolio with more than 13,000 employees and is executing one of the most ambitious transformation initiatives in its history. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Strategy & Business Development. The role sits at the intersection of AI, enterprise systems, and executive decision‑making. You will work directly with senior leaders to identify high‑impact opportunities for agentic AI and translate them into solutions that integrate with existing enterprise platforms and operating models. This is not a pure engineering role. It is a trusted‑advisor, consultative position focused on applying agentic AI to real business problems at scale. What You’ll Do • Act as a strategic AI advisor to executive leadership, identifying where agentic AI can reduce friction, accelerate decisions, and unlock operational value, • Partner with business leaders across operations, sales, finance, supply chain, and strategy to define AI‑enabled use cases tied to enterprise workflows, • Lead the design and rollout of agentic AI solutions that integrate with core enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, operational systems) rather than building standalone tools, • Connect AI agents to systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and internal enterprise applications to automate workflows, surface insights, and augment decision‑making, • Translate complex business challenges into clear AI solution architectures that engineering teams can execute against, • Own and evolve an enterprise AI roadmap aligned to a multi‑billion‑dollar growth and transformation strategy, • Evaluate emerging AI platforms, agent frameworks, and vendor solutions, recommending what is enterprise‑ready versus experimental, • Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT leadership to ensure AI solutions meet governance and risk standards, • Serve as a credible, executive‑level voice on agentic AI, helping leaders understand what is realistic, valuable, and scalable What We’re Looking For Must‑Haves • Experience leading AI‑driven initiatives in large enterprise environments, with a focus on business outcomes rather than research or experimentation, • Strong consultative skill set — comfortable engaging senior leaders, running discovery conversations, and shaping ambiguous problems into executable solutions, • Experience working with or alongside SAP, Salesforce, or similar large‑scale enterprise platforms, • Demonstrated experience integrating AI or automation capabilities into enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, internal systems) through APIs and orchestration layers, • Hands‑on exposure to agentic AI concepts and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, orchestration frameworks, applied LLM solutions) without needing to be a full‑stack engineer, • Ability to partner effectively with engineering teams — defining requirements, solution intent, and success criteria while letting teams handle implementation, • Understanding of enterprise data, workflows, and systems architecture, including how information flows across business units, • Experience deploying AI solutions in governed environments with security, compliance, and access controls, • Strong business acumen with the ability to quantify value, prioritize use cases, and align AI initiatives to enterprise strategy, • Comfortable operating at the VP / executive level, influencing without authority Nice‑to‑Haves • Background in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or other asset‑intensive industries, • Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives (digital, operational, or automation‑focused), • Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field About Us: At Brooksource, relationships are the foundation of everything we do.
