Position Overview The Director of Partnerships Marketing, Global Corporate Partnerships serves as the marketing lead within the Global Corporate Partnerships team, owning the end-to-end marketing execution for each of Global Citizens corporate partners. This role is responsible for designing and delivering tailored marketing plans and campaign experiences across social, email, paid, and earned channels, that drive measurable impact for partners and high-profile programs such as the Cisco Youth Leadership Award. This role offers significant visibility with senior leadership, partner executives, and external stakeholders. And, partners closely with the Senior Director, Content Production, Global Corporate Partnerships, on storyboarding and oversees the strategic distribution of partner video content, determining the most effective formats (short-form vs. long-form) and channels to maximize reach and engagement. The Director of Partnerships Marketing, Global Corporate Partnerships will define, and exceed marketing KPIs, including reach, impressions, and video views, and distill performance data into actionable insights that inform future campaign strategies. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and data-savvy, with the ability to balance bold storytelling with disciplined execution. Partnership Marketing Strategy: 30% * • Serve as the marketing lead on the Global Corporate Partnerships team, delivering marketing expertise across all partner accounts., • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for each partner, ensuring campaigns align with both partner objectives and Global Citizens mission., • Lead the creation of tailored marketing strategies for Global Citizen Prize programs tied to partner sponsorships., • Stay informed on best practices in partnership marketing, social media, email, and paid/organic campaigns to incorporate innovative approaches into partner activations. 2. 360 Campaign Planning and Execution: 40% * • Lead the development and delivery of cross-functional partner marketing campaigns, from planning and creative briefing to activation and post-campaign reporting., • Collaborate with the Senior Director, Content Production, Global Corporate Partnerships to storyboard and plan partner video content, owning the distribution strategy, including determining the best formats (short-form vs. long-form) and selecting optimal distribution channels., • Oversee the creation and delivery of all creative assets including social, digital, and email ensuring they meet brand standards and campaign goals., • Execute both paid and organic social campaigns, including boosting, to maximize reach and engagement. 3. Performance Measurement, Insights, and Project Management: 30% * • Track and report on marketing KPIs such as impressions, reach, views, and engagement rates., • Distill performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and partner stakeholders., • Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaign strategies and improve outcomes., • Maintain detailed campaign trackers in Airtable and manage internal workflows via Asana to ensure timely delivery of all marketing commitments., • Operate within PMO standards for intake, briefs, schedules, weekly RAG updates, change control, and closeout; keep artifacts current in Asana., • Report delivery KPIs alongside marketing KPIs: percent of on-time deliverables, brief compliance rate, and risk log kept current with weekly review., • Help refine and implement processes for efficient, consistent, and high-quality campaign execution across the partnerships portfolio. Requirements for Success • Education and Experience, • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field., • 610 years of experience in marketing, preferably within an agency, entertainment, tech, sports, NGO, non-profit, or corporate partnerships environment., • Ample experience in brand partnerships across sports, tech, entertainment, and/or NGOs., • Using AI tools to work smarter and drive impact is an essential part of every role at Global Citizen. All staff must integrate AI into their daily work, whether improving workflows, analyzing information, or enhancing communication in service of our mission., • Other Skills and Qualifications, • Proven track record managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns for high-profile brands., • Experience with campaign analytics and KPI reporting, including impressions, reach, and engagement metrics., • Strong understanding of email marketing, organic and paid social posting, and boosting., • Experience leveraging AI-driven marketing and analytics platforms to enhance campaign strategy, creative development, and performance reporting., • Skilled in using AI-based project management and workflow automation tools to streamline campaign delivery and cross-functional collaboration., • Proven organizational skills with experience managing campaigns and workflows in project management platforms (Asana, Airtable, or similar)., • Knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, Webex, and Keynote., • Professional manner and experience dealing with senior-level client interactions., • Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate campaign concepts that drive engagement and impact., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., • Strong analytical skills for measuring and reporting on campaign performance., • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally., • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as required., • A sense of humor, team player, and a positive, can-do attitude., • Ability to show initiative and work with limited supervision., • Maintain a commitment to eradicating extreme poverty.
