We're looking for a Specialty Infusion Delivery Driver who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings care, reliability, and purpose to ensuring patients receive their medications safely and on time. Why This Role Matters Accurate, timely delivery is essential to safe and effective infusion care. As a Specialty Infusion Delivery Driver, you play a direct role in supporting patient outcomes by protecting medication integrity and providing a professional, reassuring presence at the point of delivery. In this role, you'll contribute to work that: • Helps patients receive life‑sustaining medications safely at home, • Maintains trust through reliable, on‑time service, • Protects medication quality through proper handling and temperature control, • Safely and timely deliver specialty infusion medications to patients' homes, • Maintain medication integrity, including proper handling and temperature control at all times, • Follow assigned delivery routes, schedules, and documentation requirements accurately, • Interact professionally and courteously with patients and caregivers during deliveries, • Adhere to HIPAA requirements, safety standards, and company policies, • Accurately complete delivery documentation and maintain organized delivery records, • Promptly report delivery issues, delays, vehicle concerns, or incidents to the appropriate contact, • Adapt to occasional route or schedule changes based on operational needs, • A strong sense of reliability, accountability, and professionalism, • Respect for patient privacy and confidentiality, • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision, • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment, • Working knowledge of local roads and delivery routes within the Las Vegas metro area, • Ability to follow detailed delivery instructions and time‑sensitive schedules, • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate, complete deliveries, • Ability to safely transport temperature‑sensitive medications, • Basic proficiency with smartphones, GPS, and delivery tracking tools, • Clear, professional communication with patients, caregivers, and pharmacy staff Here, you'll find: • Purpose‑driven work with direct patient impact, • A patient‑first, clinician‑led culture, • Clear expectations and supportive operational teams, • Flexibility to support varied schedules when available While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
