We’re searching for a results driven Head of Sales who can set the vision, drive execution, and deliver consistent revenue growth. What You’ll Own Sales Leadership (Primary Focus) • Lead the full sales function – set strategy, KPIs, and operating cadence for inbound and outbound teams., • Act as a player-coach: from pitching enterprise clients to training reps, you lead by example., • Build and scale a high-performance sales organization with accountability, energy, and urgency., • Develop and execute sales strategy for Corporate Wellness offerings, targeting law firms, financial institutions, and other high-value partners., • Identify and close strategic partnerships that expand reach, unlock revenue, and strengthen brand equity., • Own revenue targets across Direct-to-Consumer and Corporate Wellness channels., • Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and conversion optimization to maximize profitability., • Partner with Marketing to ensure campaigns and messaging drive qualified leads., • Align closely with Product to optimize the client experience and support retention., • Contribute to marketing initiatives – but maintain ownership of conversion and sales outcomes.
