Position Summary The Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of UBHs Transitional Housing Program for TAY families, which includes young parents aged 1824 and their children. The Program Manager leads efforts to support family stabilization, youth development, child wellbeing, and successful transitions to permanent housing. Housing Navigation & Transitions • Oversee housing readiness and navigation for permanent housing placement., • Coordinate with RRH teams, landlords, and community housing partners., • Support warm hand-offs and aftercare planning. Community Partnerships, Data & Reporting • Collaborate with childcare agencies, schools, mental health providers, workforce programs, and TAY resources., • Participate in Youth CES and funder meetings as needed., • Track outcomes (income, education, parenting goals, housing exits)., • Conduct regular file reviews and prepare monthly/quarterly reports. Qualifications • BA in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or related field (MA preferred)., • 3+ years experience working with TAY youth and/or young families experiencing homelessness., • 2+ years supervisory experience in social services, housing, or residential programs., • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, child development, crisis intervention, and harm reduction., • Experience in residential or housing programs preferred., • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills., • Ability to work some evenings/weekends and travel within Los Angeles County.
