Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year A bit about us: This is a senior leadership opportunity to launch and grow a Phoenix-based commercial roofing operation backed by a well-established regional/national roofing contractor. The General Manager will have full responsibility for P&L, operations, sales growth, team development, and market execution, while leveraging the systems, purchasing power, and support of a larger organization. This role is ideal for a proven commercial roofing leader who has either built a branch before or is ready to take full ownership of a market. Why join us? Job Details What You’ll Be Responsible For • Full P&L ownership for the Phoenix commercial roofing division, • Establish and grow market presence across re-roofing, service, and maintenance, • Build, lead, and scale teams across operations, project management, sales, and field supervision, • Drive business development and client relationships with GCs, owners, and property managers, • Oversee project execution, safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance, • Partner with executive leadership on strategy, forecasting, and long-term growth plans, • 10+ years of experience in commercial roofing, • Prior experience in a senior leadership role (GM, Director, VP, or Branch Manager, Senior Project Manager), • Strong understanding of operations, estimating, sales, and project delivery, • Proven ability to build teams and grow revenue in a competitive market, • Experience working within a multi-branch or national roofing organization strongly preferred, • Financial acumen with clear understanding of margins, backlog, and cash flow Interested in hearing more?
