Your Impact As a Lead Solar Field Service Technician (Utility-Scale / PV Repair), you'll work on large, utility-scale solar farms—not residential or rooftop systems. You'll handle troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of ground-mount solar systems, central/string inverters, and power plant equipment, while leading a small field crew (4+ techs).
