We are seeking a Corporate Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and capital projects across all TDP Bakery production locations. The Corporate Maintenance Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide maintenance programs, ensuring equipment reliability, and overseeing capital projects across TDP Bakery’s five production facilities. Based in Chandler, Arizona or Houston, Texas, this role requires a proactive, technically skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and can lead teams to achieve operational excellence. Why Join TDP Bakery? • Lead enterprise-wide maintenance strategy and reliability programs across multiple high-growth production facilities, • Operate in a collaborative, innovative environment focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement, • Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional growth opportunities, • Lead enterprise-wide preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime, process stability, and cost effectiveness, • Oversee accurate, consistent CMMS usage and maintenance documentation across all sites, • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, automation, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, • Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term engineering solutions for recurring equipment failures, • Deliver both strategic direction and hands-on technical support when critical issues arise, • Lead capital projects from concept through commissioning, including scope definition, budgeting, vendor selection, installation, and validation, • Ensure capital projects meet schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, GMP, food safety, and sanitary design standards, • Develop and manage standardized vendor qualification, sourcing, and performance management frameworks, • Lead competitive bidding, contract negotiation, and total cost-of-ownership evaluations for equipment, MRO, and technical services, • Drive supplier consolidation, cost reduction, and strategic sourcing initiatives across the enterprise, • Track and analyze maintenance KPIs including downtime, PM compliance, emergency work, and food safety impact, • Partner closely with General Managers and site Maintenance Leads to align maintenance priorities, production schedules, and reliability goals, • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety to plan maintenance windows with minimal operational impact, • Lead reliability initiatives by partnering with continuous improvement to enhance equipment performance and operational execution, • Contribute to annual budgeting, cost forecasting, and long-term capital planning for all bakery locations, • 7+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or other regulated environments, • 3+ years in a leadership, multi-site, or corporate maintenance role, • Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive results across multiple sites, • Hands-on technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems, • Capital project leadership experience and contractor oversight, • CMMS proficiency and strong troubleshooting skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, • Bakery or high-speed food production experience, • Familiarity with PLCs and automated production systems, • Experience with Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or reliability-centered maintenance, • Experience with sanitary builds, equipment installation, or modifications to support food safety and operational compliance, • PMP or other project management certification TDP Bakery is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages applications from qualified individuals regardless of race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or any other category protected by law.
