This is a full-time onsite position, with the expectation of flexibility outside core hours on an as-needed basis in response to business demands. The Role This is far from a conventional EA position. Acting as a trusted confidant and indispensable right hand to the CEO, you will be at the centre of the executive office's day-to-day success. Key Responsibilities • Project Management: Support the planning and delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones and objectives are met with the utmost professionalism and discretion, • Executive Support: Oversee and prioritise the CEO's schedule, travel logistics, and executive-level communications; serve as the key point of contact between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders, • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across clinical and administrative functions on projects that influence patient outcomes and organisational performance, • AI & Technology Integration: Champion the use of AI-powered tools to enhance scheduling, streamline workflows, and surface data-driven insights; support the CEO in leveraging AI for operational and strategic advantage, • Data & Reporting: Develop and refine reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, dashboards, and in-depth data analysis Requirements Required: • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline, • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, • Minimum of 5 years' experience providing support to C-suite executives within a healthcare setting, • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information, • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualisation, and dashboard creation, • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for innovation and process improvement, • Experience with Power BI or comparable data visualisation platforms, • Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000, • Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, • Wellness Benefits included, • Retirement: 401(k) Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
