Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Bonus based on performance, • Company car, • Competitive salary, • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Opportunity for advancement, • Paid time off, • Training & development, • Vision insurance, • Wellness resources Civil Engineer Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and value engineering solutions, • Build and maintain client relationships, • Stay updated on stormwater industry trends, • Offer expertise in sitework planning and stormwater solutions, • Design engineered solutions and answer client queries, • Identify potential issues and value engineering opportunities, • Conduct product demonstrations and meetings, • Provide clear and timely information to production teams, • Extensive knowledge of sitework products and blueprints, • Proficiency in recommending alternate solutions, • Skilled in CAD and ERP systems, • Strong organizational and analytical skills, • Excellent collaboration and presentation abilities, • Self-motivated and customer-focused, • Ability to provide production leadership and teams with high quality, clear and timely information on engineered products, • Capable of providing expertise in sitework planning and stormwater solutions to advise customers on stormwater planning, • Proven ability to lead and/or create project blueprints, recommend alternate solutions, and understand sitework products interactions, • Expert on sitework and retention products, solutions, interactions, installation requirements and blueprints, • Capable of answering client questions on product functionality, application, and solutions to solve sales support problems/issues, • Ability to anticipate and identify potential issues at job site, with both SeC products and other civil engineering products and capable of recommending alternate solutions to drive value engineering opportunities, • Ability to expertly use engineering technical tools (CAD, etc.) and technology systems (ERP, etc.), • Strong presentation and persuasion skills and ability to communication information, to both technical and non-technical audiences, • Possess strong relationships with stakeholders and specifiers and deep connections with other product suppliers, and those products interacting on a job site (i.e. walls/bridges and other utilities Flexible work from home options available.
