We are seeking a results-driven Senior Construction Project Manager to lead a team of approximately three project managers and drive successful execution of multiple construction projects. This role reports directly to Operations and is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~3 project managers., • Oversee all aspects of project execution: schedules, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables., • Manage negotiations, change orders, and resolve unforeseen challenges to keep projects on track., • Collaborate closely with Operations to align project goals and outcomes with company objectives., • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across project teams. Qualifications: • 6–8 years of construction project management experience., • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously., • Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills., • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
