Job Description System Engineer Level 1 Certifications - A+, MCSP, CAN, CCNA, CLA or equivalent experience General Skill Set: • Ability to install Network operating system and perform simple operating system upgrades (not requiring any data or application movement/migration)., • Basic operating system troubleshooting, • Standard network/local printing and print queue installation and management., • General network Administration (adding users, groups, shares, printers)., • Server hardware configuration., • Rack device installations and cable management., • SCSI attached storage subsystems., • Implementation of Patch process for individual NOS., • Non configurable/non manageable switch installations., • Stand-alone Tape drive installations., • Approved server based (non-enterprise) tape backup software installation and configuration, • General server diagramming and documentation
