Your mandate will encompass the development and execution of comprehensive public relations strategies tailored to meet our clients' objectives. You will lead a team of seasoned PR professionals, manage multiple team hubs, collaborate closely with our sales team to bolster business development efforts, and liaise directly with Human Resources on strategic staffing initiatives. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to ensuring monthly adherence to media placement and outreach standards, client reporting, internal staff oversight, and active involvement in crafting press releases, pitch letters, and innovative media strategies. Your expertise will also be pivotal in orchestrating, managing, and attending events, while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within our teams. Accountant Opportunity About the Organization - Accountant • CFS New York is working with a great organization that has been operating for 100+ years in the entertainment & hospitality space, looking to transition to a real estate development organization, • They currently own properties in 5 states, 60+ locations, and is considered one longest standing companies in its industry, • Very hands on Accounting and Finance group that finished implementing yardi, • Internal and external financial reporting, management of expenses, revenue, billing, collections, payables, and payroll, • Assisting with month end close activities and bank reconciliations, • Handling invoices for all commercial properties, • 3+ years of relevant experience, • Real estate Experience preferred, • Yardi System experience is a must
