From concept to installation, we provide innovative print and graphics solutions to support nationwide retail campaigns. As our work continues to grow across major accounts, we’re looking to add a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to our team. Position Overview We’re seeking an entry-level professional with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and hands-on experience in fast-paced environments to support our project management team in delivering top-tier retail graphics solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry experience in print production, logistics, and client coordination while contributing to high-profile retail campaigns in the beauty, fashion, and cosmetics space. Key Responsibilities • Support the Project Manager in all phases of retail graphic production and campaign execution, • Help manage timelines, production schedules, and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery of graphic materials, • Act as a liaison between internal departments (prepress, print, finishing, and logistics) and external vendors as needed, • Maintain and update project trackers and job documentation for accuracy and clarity, • Assist in quality control reviews, packaging coordination, and proof approvals, • Coordinate data entry for orders and maintain accurate client records, • Help ensure projects meet brand standards and client expectations in quality, delivery, and design, • Communicate updates, issues, and project milestones with clients and internal teams, • Assist with special requests, sample requests, and ad-hoc client needs What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, customer service, retail operations, or production environments (internships, warehouse, retail logistics, or agency experience are a plus), • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • A team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn, • Familiarity with print, graphics, or creative production environments is preferred but not required, • Ability to work well under deadlines and take initiative in a fast-paced setting, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite; familiarity with project management tools a plus Why Join Duggal? • Work with top-tier retail brands in the beauty and fashion sectors, • Be part of a collaborative and driven team focused on creativity and excellence, • Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of print production and retail marketing execution, • Opportunities for career growth within a well-established company at the forefront of visual communications To Apply Please submit your resume along with a cover letter outlining your interest in the retail graphics industry, your prior work experience, and what makes you a great fit for this role.
