Job DescriptionJob Title: Equipment Operator Job Description The equipment operator will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading super sacks of concrete at a consistent pace of one every 30 minutes to meet production goals. The primary responsibility will be operating telehandlers, with occasional duties such as site clean-up and moving materials. The role does not involve the use of printers. Responsibilities • Operate telehandlers including JCB 510 and Genie 636 to load and unload concrete., • Maintain a pace of loading/unloading one super sack every 30 minutes., • Assist with site clean-up and material movement as needed., • Ensure all operations comply with safety standards.Essential Skills, • Proficiency in operating telehandlers, especially JCB 510 and Genie 636., • Experience with 5-10K telehandlers., • Minimum of five days per week telehandler operation experience for multiple hours daily within the last six months.Why Work Here? Work Environment The role is based in an all-outdoor construction environment with 12-hour shifts, five days a week. Day shifts run from 7 AM to 7 PM, and night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. The workweek totals 60 hours, offering opportunities for overtime. Relocation options are available for ongoing projects. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
