This full-time, on-site position is crucial for managing our operations and ensuring seamless event logistics. ⢠Maintain accurate inventory levels using modern tools and processes.
⢠Oversee stock control, optimize storage space, and manage restocking.
⢠Perform regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy. đ Warehouse Operations:
⢠Supervise daily operations, including organizing and overseeing loading/unloading.
⢠Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations. đĽ Team Leadership & Hiring:
⢠Recruit, interview, and onboard new warehouse staff.
⢠Train, manage, and motivate workers to achieve operational excellence.
⢠Schedule and delegate tasks to maximize productivity. đŚ Route Planning & Logistics:
⢠Create and optimize delivery and pickup routes for maximum efficiency.
⢠Coordinate with drivers and logistics staff to ensure timely deliveries.
⢠Handle reassignment of drivers and helpers as needed. đ Customer Service:
⢠Be available to respond to customer calls and emergencies throughout weekends when necessary.
⢠Confirm delivery details and provide professional, friendly service. đ§ Process Improvement:
⢠Identify inefficiencies in operations and implement effective solutions to enhance workflows and professionalism. âď¸ Position Details
⢠đ Location: Brooklyn, NY (on-site). Candidates must live within 38 minutes of the warehouse.
⢠đ Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to job completion (typically 4:00â6:00 PM).
Occasional weekend work (Saturday/Sunday) required during peak times.
⢠đľ Compensation: $50,000â$65,000 annually (2nd-year earnings potential).
