Job Description Munich Airport NJ LLC is a US-based subsidiary of the German Airport Operator Munich Airport. Munich Airport NJ LLC is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and concession management of Terminal A at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)! We are looking for an experienced and creative; Maintenance Planner/CoordinatorThe Maintenance Planner/Coordinator role involves supporting all physical infrastructure and maintenance tasks within the responsibility of the Terminal Operator. As the primary contact for internal and external customers, this position provides daily support to the FM team and contractors. The role also includes monitoring the health and performance of critical Terminal Assets and managing key building systems. Additionally, this position serves as the first responder and investigator for any technical issues in the building, coordinating efforts to recover operations. You will join a team of four Planners who rotate duties at Terminal A's operation center, covering 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will also work alongside maintenance contract managers, overseeing vendors and contractors and taking over small technical projects.Your Future Responsibilities • Establish schedules and work orders for Planned Maintenance and ensure stakeholders are informed accordingly., • Monitor execution, receive reports on executed PM Work Orders, and validate that information is accurately logged into the CMMS system (Maximo)., • Ensure events/incidents are logged into the CMMS system, addressed, and resolved per SLAs using standard work order procedures., • Inform and collaborate with relevant stakeholders if an event requires their involvement., • Implement measures in response to alerts received from Facility Maintenance systems., • Oversee regular planned and ad-hoc inspections., • Monitor all KPIs and SLAs to ensure compliance., • Supervise subcontractors' performance in planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating with management as necessary., • Generate shift and daily reports as required., • Contribute to reporting and analysis to identify trends, suggest condition-based maintenance actions, and enhance ITOCC Operations., • Ensure proper maintenance of all documentation related to Work Order Execution., • Serve as the first point of resolution whenever possible., • Monitor SCADA, the building management system, and other FM software statuses and take appropriate action to address faults through corrective work order management., • Carry out root cause analysis for recurring issues and suggest preventive measures to avoid future recurrence., • Assist in developing and reviewing maintenance strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and minimize downtime., • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards from our subcontractors and external vendors during maintenance and construction activities., • Lead and manage emergency technical response teams during critical incidents.Your Education & Training, • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years in Facilities Management and Maintenance or Technical Associate Degree with 10 years in the same field., • Preferably, 2 years of experience within the aviation sector within the Facilities Maintenance Organization., • Prior knowledge of CMMS systems such as Maximo and Building Management Systems is advantageous., • Good experience with HVAC systems, Building Management Systems, and other facilities maintenance software monitoring programs.Your Skills & Experience, • Excellent organizational skills., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy., • Ability to interpret and record data accurately, ensuring high-quality data integrity., • Excellent customer service skills., • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Proficiency in using tact and diplomacy in challenging situations., • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and make decisions accordingly., • Strong analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting data., • Team player who works collaboratively towards common goals., • Ability to work independently, taking responsibility and ownership of tasks., • Capacity to establish and maintain professional relationships across various project levels., • Experience in a large, complex airport environment is an asset., • Eagerness for feedback and continuous learning in a mission-driven environment., • Possesses a strong sense of integrity, openness, fairness, and transparency.Compelling Reasons to Join Our Airport Family, • Be part of a team that embraces diversity, fosters collaboration, practices mentorship, and values a positive, healthy work climate., • Play a key role in enhancing Munich Airport's reputation in the U.S., • Experience a dynamic international working environment. Job Description Leigh & Co. Events is a fast-growing wedding planning company based throughout the entire United States - we are looking for planners in New Jersey. We provide wedding design, wedding coordination and planning services for engaged couples. The Lead Wedding Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity for those looking to be a wedding planner. This position is a contract role and you can pick your own schedule! Training is provided. Pay is $350 for a total of 10-12 hours and is paid per project. We're looking for individuals to join for this 2026 season and beyond. This position will serve as a lead planner to provide wedding planning services for couples, primarily onsite. You will work alongside our client experience managers during the planning and assistant coordinators onsite to provide the following to execute weddings. • Attend a final details call with clients approximately 6 weeks prior to the wedding to confirm logistics, timeline, and expectations, • Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal on the day prior to the wedding, ensuring all participants are confident in timing, processional flow, and key cues, • Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite - maintaining a calm, solutions-focused presence and supporting them through any challenges that arise, • Oversee ceremony and reception setup in alignment with the event design and our day-of execution playbook, • Manage full wedding day execution from initial vendor arrival through final breakdown at the end of the evening, • Greet, direct, and act as the main point of contact for all vendors, • Communicate setup instructions clearly to vendors to ensure alignment with the event plan, • Coordinate and assist with placement of personal and event details including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest book, and décor elements, • Support the wedding party and family members with guidance, timing cues, and any day-of needs, • Ensure all end-of-event items (gifts, guest book, personal décor, etc.) are properly packed and accounted for, • Ability to work weekends is essential, • Must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner, • Must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented, • Must have reliable transportation, • Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.

The Meeting & Events Senior Planner will lead successful execution of events as the primary point of contact for clients and primary communicator of event details to the meeting and events operations team. The Meeting & Events Planner will manage the master events calendar, confirm event requirement
