Create and maintain Banquet Event Orders, Contracts and other event documentation capturing all pertinent event details. Monitor and respond quickly to inbound event inquiries via phone, email, and TripleSeat. Work closely with management to create all printed materials for confirmed events.

Travel and work outside of office hours as needed to attend events and client meetings (may include weekends).

Existing relationships with NYC and Westchester event planners or corporate clients. Personally oversee service execution for VIP events to ensure excellence. Your event management experience.
