Is responsible for Regional Service activities that promote census growth and development, community outreach and program marketing. Maintains fiscal integrity of the program by monitoring the monthly program report of visits, revenues and expenditures and reports any anticipated and unanticipated assets or liability. Performs all other duties of the clinical staff in the event of a staff shortage. Demonstrates the ability to maintain positive interrelationships with the multidisciplinary team members, referents, clients and other business resources. Demonstrates the ability to accept and successfully complete increasing responsibilities. Job Description Purpose of Position: The Operational Services Associate is responsible for supporting a broad range of operational processes within Trust Operations. The role ensures the accurate and timely execution of cash management, the administration of Shares Held Elsewhere (SHE) assets, benefit payments, and other trust-related operational activities. The Operational Services Associate operates in a lead capacity, making determinations on funding requirements, Letter of Instruction (LOI) sequencing and resolving complex client and investment manager issues. The position also supports evolving departmental needs, contributes to control and automation initiatives, and partners with technology and management to enhance efficiency and risk mitigation. Essential Job Functions: • Act in a lead capacity to analyze Letter of Instructions (LOIs) received from clients, consultants, and investment managers., • Determine appropriate sequencing of LOIs to ensure investments, redemptions, and cash movements are executed accurately and in accordance with the intent of the instruction., • Review and input entry of trades for DTC, FED, and mutual funds. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Volunteer program director is responsible for centrally overseeing the It’s My Park (IMP) program, a hands-on beautification initiative that brings people together to make meaningful improvements in local green space. PfP engages community, corporate, and non-profit partners to produce approximately 1400 IMP projects annually with 28,000 volunteers. The director is responsible for a team of six full time permanent employees and up to three seasonal employees, including two direct reports, who handle engagement, project planning and logistics, on-site project management, supply and material purchasing and distribution, and program development and procedures. Mission Kargo, the premium mobile publisher platform, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support backend feature delivery and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with backend engineers, SREs, SMEs, and cross functional stakeholders to ensure reliable, predictable delivery of backend services and platform capabilities in a fast-paced, distributed environment. This role does not require hands-on engineering experience, but does require strong comfort working with highly technical teams, complex systems, and operationally critical workflows. Skills - Core Capabilities Delivery & Execution • Plan, execute, and track platform-focused initiatives from definition through release., • Own roadmap delivery timelines and execution plans for assigned backend and SRE projects, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs., • Work closely with backend engineers and SREs to understand system dependencies, operational considerations, and delivery constraints., • Support delivery of backend features, infrastructure improvements, reliability initiatives, and technical debt work., • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for backend and SRE teams., • Ensure operational and reliability work (e.g., maintenance, on-call follow-ups, incident remediation) is properly planned and visible alongside feature work., • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies across services, systems, and platforms., • Support incident response workflows by helping coordinate communication, tracking action items, and following up on post-incident work., • Provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders, including risks, progress, and upcoming milestones., • Maintain accurate project plans, timelines, and delivery artifacts in tools such as Jira and Confluence., • Demonstrate strong execution ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail., • Continuously seek opportunities to improve delivery predictability and team workflows.
