Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience., • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards throughout the store., • Receive, unload, and stock inventory, including welding gases and equipment, ensuring accurate placement and accessibility., • Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently., • Support warehouse operations as needed, which may involve handling gas cylinders and various welding supplies., • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines, particularly concerning the handling and storage of gases and equipment. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is preferred., • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including gas cylinders, and stand for extended periods., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service., • Basic understanding of welding equipment and gases is a plus, but not required; training will be provided., • A commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
