    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Serging Binding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining serging binding machines to produce high-quality bound materials efficiently. Your expertise will ensure seamless production processes, adherence to safety standards, and consistent product quality. Responsibilities Set up and operate serging binding machines, ensuring proper calibration and alignment for optimal output. Monitor machine performance throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards. Conduct routine inspections of finished products for defects, ensuring they meet specifications and quality requirements. Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Read and interpret technical blueprints, CAD drawings, and manufacturing specifications to execute precise binding operations. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and quality of finished products. Maintain accurate production records, report machine malfunctions promptly, and collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency. Experience Previous experience operating serging binding machines or similar manufacturing equipment in a factory setting. Familiarity with CNC programming, CAM programming, or CNC milling machines is advantageous. Knowledge of mechanical systems, tooling setup, and basic math skills required for precise adjustments. Hands-on experience with factory safety protocols, quality control procedures, and materials handling. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings; experience with SolidWorks or CAD software is a plus. Ability to work effectively on an assembly line or fabrication environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including stamping presses, press brake machines, CNC lathes, and welding is beneficial.
