Job DescriptionDescription: POSITION SUMMARY: The Outreach & Enrollment Assistant supports Radix Recovery's enrollment, admissions, referral development, and community outreach efforts. This position serves as a key point of contact for prospective clients, families, and referral partners while assisting with enrollment coordination, follow-up, lead tracking, and relationship-building activities. The role is designed to develop into increased outreach and business development responsibilities as knowledge, skills, and experience grow. RESPONSIBILITIES: Enrollment & Admissions Support • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective clients, families, referral sources, and other community partners., • Provide accurate information regarding Radix Recovery's programs, services, admission processes, and appropriate next steps., • Assist with admission calls, intake coordination, onboarding, referral documentation, and collection of required demographic and insurance information., • Assist with verification of benefits and eligibility processes as assigned., • Identify potential logistical barriers to admission and coordinate with appropriate team members to help resolve them., • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients, families, and referral sources throughout the enrollment process., • Recognize clinical, medical, safety, or other concerns outside the scope of the position and promptly escalate them to the appropriate clinical or supervisory staff., • Help create a compassionate, responsive, and organized experience from initial inquiry through admission or referral to another appropriate resource. Referral Relationships & Business Development Support • Develop a strong understanding of Radix Recovery's programs, services, referral network, target partners, and key differentiators., • Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, treatment programs, and community partners., • Conduct consistent outreach and follow-up with existing and prospective referral partners through phone, email, in-person visits, and professional events., • Coordinate and participate in referral partner meetings, facility tours, presentations, networking events, and other relationship-building activities., • Collaborate with the Outreach & Enrollment Director to identify new referral opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and support outreach priorities., • Represent Radix Recovery professionally and accurately while maintaining timely communication with referral partners regarding programs, services, availability, and referral processes. Marketing & Outreach Support • Participate in approved conferences, networking events, community events, professional presentations, facility tours, and other outreach activities., • Assist with preparation and organization of marketing materials, promotional items, presentations, event materials, and outreach resources., • Support outreach campaigns and other initiatives designed to increase awareness of Radix Recovery's services., • Develop familiarity with community behavioral health resources and organizations that may serve as referral partners or resources for clients., • Communicate Radix Recovery's programs and services accurately while maintaining appropriate ethical and professional boundaries. Communication, Tracking & Coordination • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with clients, families, referral sources, and internal teams to support enrollment and day-to-day operations., • Accurately document inquiries, referrals, contacts, follow-up activities, referral sources, and relationship-development activities in the organization's designated CRM and other systems., • Coordinate follow-up, information, and next steps among prospective clients, referral sources, and appropriate internal departments to support a smooth and timely enrollment process. Additional Enrollment & Operations Responsibilities • Participate in team meetings, telephone conferences, virtual meetings, and other coordination activities as needed; perform other duties as assigned., • Assist the Outreach & Enrollment Director with reports, pipeline reviews, account planning, and identification of follow-up opportunities. Professional Conduct: (all employees) • Interact with clients and colleagues in a respectful and empathetic manner, maintaining professional boundaries and a demeanor that fosters trust and rapport., • Uphold the privacy and confidentiality of all client information in accordance with federal and state laws, actively reporting any concerns regarding privacy violations or policy breaches to supervisors., • Represent Radix Recovery's mission, values, programs, and services professionally and accurately.Requirements: REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel for approved outreach activities, meetings, and events. Preferred Qualities, Experience, or Background: • Previous experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, healthcare, admissions, customer service, sales, marketing, community outreach, or business development preferred but not required., • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM, electronic health record, insurance verification, and other organizational systems. Additional Responsibilities • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform additional duties as assigned. Other Conditions: • Must be willing and able to travel as needed for approved outreach activities, meetings, conferences, and events., • Some evening or occasional weekend participation may be required for approved community or professional events., • Ability to successfully complete required background checks and other pre-employment requirements., • Authorized to work in the US
