Why Join Us? • Personalized Care: We believe better care leads to better living, • Competitive Pay: $15.00/hour + credit for experience., • Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, flexible hours | Hours range from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Rotating weekends and holidays, • Supportive Team: We invest in our team just like we invest in our residents, • Clean and sanitize resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas., • Perform daily and scheduled cleaning of common areas such as hallways, lounges, dining rooms, activity spaces, and restrooms., • Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and polish floors and furniture as needed., • Change linens, make beds, and launder resident or facility items as assigned., • Safely handle, use, and store cleaning supplies following proper infection control and safety protocols., • Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or resident concerns promptly to appropriate staff., • Respect resident privacy and personal belongings while working in their living spaces., • Prepare rooms for new residents to ensure a clean, comfortable move-in experience., • Collaborate with care staff and other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction., • Follow community policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements., • Must be 18 years or older, • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred, especially in healthcare or senior living., • Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and infection control standards., • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team., • Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards., • Compassionate and respectful demeanor when working with older adults., • Good communication and customer service skills for work in resident-occupied areas., • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, • Life & AD&D Insurance, • Short- & Long-Term Disability, • Supplemental Coverage: Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
