The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of SCI. Through a thorough understanding of SCI practices, the CSR offers solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience. The primary function of this role is to provide inbound Phone support to SCI Members and donors through the lifespan of their membership with SCI. Responsibilities 1. Contacting our donors via phone and email 2. Scheduling appointments for our field agents and team with prospective donors. 3. Maintaining a detailed record of appointments and interactions 4. Providing excellent services and representing our company professionally 5. Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly appointment setting targets Skills 1. Welcoming and warm personality that demonstrates genuine care for customers 2. Is comfortable conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and all organizational levels 3. Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize a shifting workload 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing administrative tasks 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude 6. Must perform well independently as well as in a team environment 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace 8. Basic financial literacy
