As we continue to grow in the marketplace, we have an outstanding opportunity for a motivated, hardworking, driven National AG Sales Manager to develop a winning team of sales professionals, and establish a new Midwest Regional Office and Warehouse. This is a critical role in the growth of the Company, both from geographical expansion and from developing our sales team in existing and new markets. This position will have a large business development component, and experience with Spray Drones, Crop Analysis & Mapping Drones, and Multispectral Cameras are preferred skills. This position will be based in the Midwest - preferably in proximity to a major metro airport; such as Kansas City, St. Louis, Des Moines or the Quad Cities. The National AG Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing our sales revenue as well as recruiting new team members to build out the AG Sales team, all while developing new markets and customers. Duties and Responsibilities: • Professionally lead, manage and supervise your team of sales, service and administrative personnel to meet or exceed all monthly target revenue plans, while achieving the minimum gross margin expectations., • Assist the sales team in identifying and closing business opportunities., • Meet with key clients, assisting the account managers with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals., • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products., • Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations for your team members., • Responsible for the financial performance of the Agricultural Business Unit., • Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals for each of the members on the sales team., • Direct sales activities within established sales territories, quotas, and goals., • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, preferably in an agricultural related discipline., • Min of 5+ years of proven sales and/or 5+ years of sales management experience required., • Precision AG Experience is a PLUS, • Experience in telemarketing, online marketing and/or web content management also desirable., • Demonstrated success in new account creation and customer-focused problem-solving., • Exceptional negotiation, project management, organizational, prioritization and planning skills., • Excellent interpersonal communication (oral and written) skills required., • Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines and achieve overall sales goals., • FAA Part 107 Required., • FAA Part 137 is a PLUS, • Knowledge of traditional row crop methods, as well as herbicide and pesticide application., • Strong technical skills, work ethic, and desire to succeed., • Positive attitude and a sales-oriented personality., • A Very Competitive Base Salary, + Strong Commissions, + Bonus Structure, • Vehicle Allowance and Paid Travel Expenses, • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, • 401(k) Retirement plan with Company Match, • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), • Employer-paid Life Insurance, Short, and Long-term Disability Insurance, • Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Multicopter Warehouse, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
