Overview: The Vice President of Alternative Delivery leads the identification of opportunities and manages the pursuit of transportation infrastructure projects delivered through Design-Build (DB), Progressive/Phased Design Build (PDB), Public-Private Partnerships (P3), and Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) methods. This person will be responsible for successful capture of major alternative delivery pursuits from identification through award.
