Job Description Administrative – Answer, filter and prioritize phone calls and emails for the service department. Taking and delivering messages. Data entry into company's repair and parts system. Maintain service files Service Department – Input service work orders and close out completed works orders on a timely manner. Scheduling service calls and appointments between clients, retailers, builders, and service technicians. Qualifications: • Technology Savvy – PCs, smart phones, tablets, work-related applications, video conferencing and other remote work tools., • Internet & MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, • Construction Experience is preferred., • Able to multi-task and self-prioritize, • Reliable, dependable, flexible and punctual, • Must be able to act independently and use own judgment regarding how to handle incoming requests and information, • Process and relay confidential and critical information with discretion, • Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work with staff at all levels, • Good communication skills, • Positive attitude, self-starter, collaborative, • Highly effective in a team environment, • Creative problem-solver, detail-oriented, • Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced, dynamic environment Cavco has built a reputation for quality, value and service since its founding in 1965.
