Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor The Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to members, guests, and staff by supporting daily operations and maintaining high service standards. This role actively supports the F&B leadership team, oversees day-to-day service, and plays a key part in building guest relationships, driving team performance, and maximizing operational efficiency and revenue. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS F&B Operations Supervisor • Lead and support daily operations in coordination with the F&B leadership team to ensure optimal service, staffing, and guest satisfaction., • Maintain a visible presence on the floor during service periods; lead by example with seating, order taking, and service support., • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and open communication among FOH staff., • Anticipate and respond to member/guest needs and address service issues promptly and professionally., • Collaborate with F&B leaders to train staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and proper procedures; ensure clean, accurate menus are in circulation., • Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate policies, updates, promotions, and special requests., • Oversee bar prep including batching, syrup and garnish production, and support beverage training and presentation standards., • Assist with beverage deliveries, inventory organization, and storage management., • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across dining areas; report repair needs for equipment and fixtures., • Ensure compliance with all allergy protocols, health and safety regulations, and club standards., • Supervise end-of-day procedures and closeouts to ensure accuracy of sales, comps, and payments., • Support all F&B outlets, banquets, and special events as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a team-first mindset., • Collaborate cross-departmentally with Membership, Programming, and Athletics teams to ensure seamless member experiences., • Attend and participate in management meetings, trainings, and company-wide initiatives; share learnings with team members. Required Skills/Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or similar F&B role, preferably in a high-volume, upscale or private club environment., • Strong leadership skills with experience in team development, coaching, and performance management., • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; guest-oriented and service-minded., • Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and general beverage service standards., • Proficient with POS systems; inventory management experience (Beverager preferred)., • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven., • Strong understanding of food & beverage trends and compliance with local health and safety regulations., • Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands., • Must be able to make periodical fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the property to others., • Must be able to move, pull, push, carry or lift at least 30 pounds., • Must be able to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb is required., • Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, cleaning, and stooping., • Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time. Grooming Standards All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per company standards.
