Minimum Qualifications: • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry., • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management., • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team., • Solid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost management., • Jimmy John's or other restaurant operations background., • Experience with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software., • Knowledge of current food trends and customer preferences., • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant environment., • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation., • Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations., • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones., • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
