    Chelsea Lighting is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Specification Sales Associate to drive the specification of our lighting products with architects, lighting designers, building engineers and interior designers. You will play a key role in positioning our brand as the preferred choice for innovative, energy-efficient, and design-forward lighting solutions. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for value engineering, leveraging our product portfolio to deliver cost-effective solutions while maintaining design intent and compliance with project specifications. Qualifications: Proven track record in lighting, electrical, or building services specification sales or similar Strong knowledge of lighting design principles, controls, energy efficiency, and compliance standards Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to explain technical lighting solutions in clear, customer-focused terms Self-motivated with strong organizational and project management abilities Proficiency with CRM systems and project tracking tools (i.e. wired contact) Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, lighting designers, building engineers and interior designers to ensure Chelsea is specified on projects. Serve as the lighting designer for internal projects, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following: Create lighting layouts and fixture schedules Provide cost-effective solutions that achieve the required aesthetics and lighting performance for the project. Deliver engaging presentations on Chelsea’s value propositions to include but not limited to “the Chelsea way”, lighting design consultations, product demonstrations, and value engineering opportunities. Provide technical expertise on lighting controls, energy efficiency, sustainability, and regulatory compliance (i.e. WELL, LEED, Part L). Track and manage projects from concept design through bid award. Assist Chelsea’s project management team in offering alternative options. Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, preconstruction and project management to develop winning strategies. Attend industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and expand your professional network. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and deliver accurate reporting on specifications, pipelines, and sales forecasts (i.e. must win list). Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through specification-led business development. Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is hiring a full-time Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee multiple New York City locations (). The ideal candidate is someone who has experience operating food retail spaces (multi-unit or high volume single-unit), loves building and leading teams, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment (and loves ice cream!). The Multi-Unit General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of their assigned store(s). This includes managing people operations, sales, inventory, and the guest service experience.     The Director of Outlets of FB 575 at Aman New York is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of all hotel restaurants, lounges and bars and ensuring integration with the Aman brand. This role ensures seamless service delivery, financial profitability, and elevated guest and member experiences across multiple outlets. The Director of Outlets works closely with senior leadership to drive revenue, maintain brand standards, develop teams, and enhance the overall positioning of the hotel's Food Beverage program. This role requires the ability to motivate and inspire those around you, to access the best skills of each colleague to increase financial progress, and build a culture of integrity, composure, and humility. The Director of Outlets must strive to retain and develop a team with a singular goal of being the best. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Financial · Assist Director of FB in managing annual operating budgets for all outlets. · Monitor financial performance, ensuring revenue targets and cost controls are achieved. · Maximize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and guest spend per head with training and initiatives. · Collaborate with Finance to track performance KPI metrics, Forecasting, and PL reporting. · Support Director of Finance to solve all accounting issues.
