Skills Required : · Advanced SQL & Database Engineering include recursive queries, CTEs, window functions, schema design, indexing, query optimization, and high concurrency tuning across relational databases. · ETL & Data Pipeline Architecture including metadata-driven, parallelized workflows; automated logging, error recovery, and orchestration. · Python Automation & Data Engineering include designing and implementing ETL pipelines, data cleansing, aggregation, anomaly detection, and workflow automation. · EWFM Systems include forecasting, KPI modeling, configuration, and workforce reporting. · Aceyus Systems experience with front-end and back-end systems for CDRs, including schema design and query optimization.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership – Drive sales performance for assigned condo projects, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Team Management – Lead, train, and motivate an on-site sales team to deliver exceptional results. Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement effective sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing. Client Engagement – Manage high-net-worth client interactions, conduct property tours, and present project features to potential buyers. Market Analysis – Monitor market trends, competitive inventory, and buyer preferences to inform sales strategy.
