Qualifications Currently enrolled in college (Junior or Senior) or recently graduated, with a passion for organization, team work, and entrepreneurship. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. A proactive and results-driven mindset. Familiarity with recruiting or human resources concepts is a plus but not required. Organized and Timely - Able to handle paperwork processing and deadlines.
