Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Program Manager for the Henderson Satellite Office is responsible for the day-to-day management, delivery, and growth of peer-led recovery support services in Henderson, including services provided at the Henderson Detention Center and at the Foundation for Recovery’s Henderson office. This position provides direct peer support, supervises peer staff and interns, manages program operations and grant reporting, and builds strong partnerships to support individuals transitioning from incarceration into long-term recovery. The Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented services while maintaining compliance with program reporting requirements and organizational standards. General Accountabilities Program Supervision & Operations • Supervise, support, and mentor peer support staff and interns assigned to the Henderson Satellite Office., • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support consistent with Foundation for Recovery’s peer-led service model., • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of peer staff and interns., • Develop and manage the Henderson office program schedule, including groups, peer support hours, and special activities., • Manage office supply inventory and submit supply order requests as needed., • Oversee cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of the Henderson office space., • Ensure a welcoming, safe, and recovery-supportive environment for participants, staff, and visitors. Direct Peer Support Services • Provide individual peer recovery support to individuals incarcerated at the Henderson Detention Center and to participants at the Henderson office., • Facilitate peer support groups at the Henderson office using evidence-informed, recovery-oriented practices., • Support individuals in developing recovery goals, identifying strengths, and navigating barriers to recovery., • Connect individuals leaving incarceration to community-based programs and resources, including recovery housing, substance use and mental health treatment, social services and public benefits, workforce development, education, and employment program Data Collection & Reporting • Manage data collection, tracking, and reporting for Henderson-based programs., • Ensure accurate and timely entry of participant demographics, services provided, and outcome measures., • Support preparation of program reports for internal review, funders, and partners., • Collaborate with leadership to identify trends, outcomes, and opportunities for program improvement. Community Engagement & Partnerships • Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, referral partners, and system partners., • Represent Foundation for Recovery at community meetings, coalition meetings, and outreach events., • Support development of referral pathways and collaborative partnerships that enhance recovery outcomes for participants., • Introduce Foundation for Recovery to partners and stakeholders in Henderson.Job QualificationsRequired, • Bachelor's Degree in related area, • Certified as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist Supervisor by the Nevada, • Certification Board or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment, • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in behavioral health, • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing addiction counseling or peer recovery support or services., • Minimum of 2 years prior experience managing non-profit or community based programs, • Experience supervising staff, interns, or volunteers., • Must understand and adhere to the Nevada Certification Board's code of ethics for Peer Recovery Support Specialists (PRSS) and PRSS Supervisors, • Ability to work effectively with justice-involved populations., • Proficiency with data entry, basic reporting, and office software., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries. Preferred, • Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor with at least two years prior experience assessing, planning, and facilitating treatment programs for individuals, • Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (or ability to obtain certification)., • Experience working in correctional, reentry, or community-based recovery settings., • Experience with grant-funded programs and outcome reporting., • Knowledge of local recovery, treatment, housing, and workforce resources in Southern Nevada.
