Assist with the preparation of screens, inks, and materials for the printing process. 2. Load and unload garments on to screen printing press. 3. Count in shipments 4. Operate and maintain screen printing machinery under supervision. 5. Assist with quality control to ensure finished products meet our standards. 6. Clean and maintain work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and organized environment. 7. Follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. 8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management. Qualifications: - No prior experience in screen printing is required; we will provide training. - Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions accurately. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team. - Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
