We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to grow their career in an administrative role. Responsibilities: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Manage filing systems and databases.
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, etc.
Ability to work under pressure
Highly punctuality and organization
Team Player
Spanish/English Speaker. (Other languages are welcomed)
Experience with Microsoft Office/Adobe PDF/Google drive
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule
