Job Description What you’ll do: Contract Administration • Complete contract administration tasks from contract award through contract closeout (including all contract closeout certs and documents), • Administer various Government and Commercial agreements and contracts (e.g., FFP, CR, CPFF, T&M, IDIQs, SOWs, Subcontracts, TAs, and POs), • Prepare and maintain contract briefs, summarizing contract terms and other key information, • Maintain up-to-date contract information in ERP (MS Dynamics BC), SharePoint, ShareFile, and government websites as required, • Reviews and performs periodic audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of contract information within our data sources (ERP, Contract Status Report), • Coordinate Contract kick-off meetings, • Coordinate monthly Financial/Contracts review meetings with each business area, • Maintain contract status report, performance metrics, and compliance. Job Description Purpose: Hope The Mission’s Family Interim Housing provides a safe, low-barrier, and supportive 24-hour residence to Families experiencing homelessness. Clients will receive shelter, food, case management & housing navigation services to support them in obtaining permanent housing. Working under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will support with the management of all operational functions for the site, under the direction and supervision of the Program Manager. The Program Coordinator fulfills the mission of Hope the Mission by successfully providing leadership and supervision for this program. The Program Coordinator will provide oversight to a team of shelter support staff. Driving is required for this position: 25% travel. Specific Duties-Programmatic * Provide oversight of operational components including accurate, up-to-date data collection, quality assurance and contract management adhering to guidelines set for in the Scope of Required Services and standards.
