Brooksource is seeking a Program Manager to support a highly visible, enterprise-level initiative within a Fortune 500 organization. This role will drive execution across multiple cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery against key milestones. This is a contract role through the end of the year, and is a hybrid role onsite 2 days/week in our client's Manhattan office. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organization, executive communication, and the ability to operate across both strategic and tactical priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams, managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in a complex environment, • Lead stand-ups, program meetings, and stakeholder updates, proactively identifying risks, blockers, and driving resolution, • Own RAID logs and ensure clear, timely documentation of decisions, risks, and actions, • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, translating program data and metrics into clear, actionable insights, • Build and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, and milestone tracking aligned to quarterly and long-term objectives, • Coordinate across cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data, and business) to drive alignment, accountability, and delivery Minimum Qualifications: • 3–5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management (enterprise environment preferred), • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously, • Strong experience with risk management, scope management, and stakeholder communication, • Experience working in Agile environments and/or supporting Scrum ceremonies, • Ability to analyze metrics and program data to inform reporting and decision-making, • Experience creating executive-level presentations (PowerPoint), • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, • Self-starter with a high level of ownership and proactiveness Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Microsoft Suite, and Mural, • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments, • Exposure to data-focused or technical programs About Us: At Brooksource, relationships are the foundation of everything we do.
