About the Team: The B2B team operates like a startup within CookUnity — entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and innovative, charting a bold new path by bringing exceptional culinary experiences to businesses, organizations, and their employees. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation and marketing operations. You'll own the infrastructure that moves leads through the funnel, converts pipeline, and keeps our reporting honest. In this role, you will drive performance across the full inbound funnel, from lead capture and nurture to Smart Fridge user engagement and retention, while continuously improving how our marketing systems operate. This is not a campaign execution role; it's a systems and ownership role where you build, optimize, and scale the efforts that power growth.
