Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYThe Advocacy & Prevention Specialist is responsible for assisting survivors in dealing with the immediate and long-term impact of victimization, as well as working in the community to offer programming intended to prevent sexual violence. The Specialist will also be the designated campus advocate working with student survivors going through the Title IX processes, acting as advisor of choice when requested. In addition to direct services to a caseload of clients, the Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality prevention education to youth, adults, and professionals with the goal of reducing sexual assault and other forms of violence, by promoting bystander intervention, and increasing awareness of resources for survivors of sexual assault and their loved ones. The Specialist position requires an interest and comfort with public speaking and education in school, campus, community, and professional settings. The Specialist is also responsible for coverage of the Survivor Support Services (SSS) 24/7 hotline which will include mandatory after-hours on-call time. Flexibility in work schedule is essential; some evenings and weekends required. This is a full-time community-facing position and involves travel within the region about 50% of the time. Job DescriptionShift needed is for part time weekend 8am- 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. The Residential Coach (RC) provides victim-centered and trauma-informed direct services to survivors of human trafficking within a safe house setting. The RC manages the day-to-day activities in the residential program, helps clients manage calendars and schedules; and assists with daily routines, life-skills training, case management scheduling, and guides participants in programming activities. The RC is part of a multi-disciplinary team providing trauma-informed direct care services and works under the leadership of the Residential Manager. Responsibilities: • Foster a healthy, safe community living environment, • Assist clients in managing a busy daily program schedule, • Address and respond to individual client needs, • Help clients manage and attend all service provider, legal, and healthcare appointments, • Assist clients with all onboarding and learning program guidelines, • Daily transportation to the Learning Center, to appointments, and other errands related to programming, • Assess and respond to resident crises and conflicts, • Follow procedures for documenting client incidents and requests, • Assess and manage emergencies according to Her Song's emergency protocol, • Monitor the safety and security of the house, including the operation of the alarm system, • Participate in the ongoing development of policies and procedures, safety and emergency protocols, • Perform various administrative tasks related to documentation, scheduling, and reporting, • Updating and documenting client information in the case management software system, • Complete all assigned tasks as directed by Residential Manager, • Participate in scheduled house meetings that occur during the shift, participate in conference calls, mandatory trainings, monthly residential staff meetings, • Provide program support through daily implementation of all residential policies, procedures, and protocols according to Her Song values and operational manuals, • Ensure a safe environment for healing by monitoring safety and security systems to minimize risk, • Minimum of 1 year related experience, • Mature, flexible, calm, supportive, and resilient with a positive outlook, • Organized, able to handle administrative duties, • Highly trainable on how to work with clients in a trauma-responsive way, • Have a deep commitment to the empowerment of the residents, • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, • Proficient computer skills, • Knowledge of and experience in supportive or peer counseling, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution techniques, • Ability and willingness to de-escalate and provide intervention or help resolve disputes, • Ability to steward sensitive confidential information well and demonstrate a commitment to client-centered practices, • Ability to maintain a positive, cooperative, and professional attitude at all times and in interactions with other volunteers, staff, and residents

Focusing on building a solid relationship with the patient, this role is also responsible for providing positive customer experience. The Lympha Press Therapy Coordinator utilizes company communication and documentation technology in a professional and timely manner. Essential Functions: • Schedule and perform product demonstration which includes taking measurements and providing instructions to patients for the Lympha Press compression device., • Properly size the patient for a correct compression device fit., • Provide education to the patient regarding the use of compression therapy devices in all aspects, including the application of coordinating garments, ensuring proper size and fit, following prescribed protocols and initiating a therapy session., • Effectively communicate patient “rental agreements” and financial responsibility to the company, and verbal instructions and training with both patients and caregivers based on individual needs., • Manage and respond professionally to patient questions and concerns regarding the product and required documentation., • Ensure all scheduled appointments are confirmed in advance, provide details of expectations for the in-home visit, and organize equipment and supplies to effectively educate patients during the visit., • Collaborate timely with internal operations teams on order completions and necessary documentation., • Identify, escalate, and communicate patient questions, concerns, or other needs to the patient relations team for follow up on the same day whenever possible., • Utilize company translation resources/partners to eliminate language barriers if applicable., • Perform all work in a manner that maintains compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements including Federal, State, Accreditation and Insurance requirements including HIPAA, non-disclosure, and non-solicitation., • Travel as required to service patients in specific previously outlined geographic territory needs., • Work effectively and professionally with other company employees, managers, and departments. Other Requirements: • Effectively manage multiple tasks, adhere to schedules, and exhibit organizational and time management skills., • Experience demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills., • Knowledge of technology, including but not limited to scheduling, travel and documentation applications and software., • Self-motivated and self-disciplined and the ability to effectively work independently and meet expectations of the role., • Flexibility to travel to patient homes or health care settings for patient appointments., • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds and to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and reach when applicable., • Ability to read printed materials and a computer screen; hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the phone; manual dexterity to perform job functions and stamina to frequently sit for extended periods of time.
