We specialize in medically necessary early intervention services for children aged 18 months to 12 years. Position Overview Program Managers at Partners in Play serve in a hybrid capacity by providing both direct ABA therapy and case management support under BCBA supervision. This position is ideal for experienced RBTs currently enrolled in or who have completed a Master’s program in ABA or a related field. We provide high-quality ABA services in both clinic and home settings for children ages 2 to 12. Responsibilities • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic and/or home settings, implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based behavior strategies and skill-building programs under BCBA supervision, • Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation using company-approved software, • Communicate regularly with supervising staff and participate in team meetings, • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times, • Collaborate with families, offering support and guidance tailored to their clinical needs, • Ensure client safety and welfare during all sessions, including during transitions and behaviors, • High school diploma or GED required; some college or degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred, • Experience working with children (especially in classrooms, daycares, or clinics) is strongly preferred, • RBT certification is a plus, • Must be comfortable working with children in both clinic and home settings, • Must be able to commit to 10–15 hours per week minimum, with availability on 3–4 weekdays, • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance to travel between client locations as needed Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:30am-6:30pm and Saturday 9:30am-4:00pm • Minimum Commitment: 10–15 hours per week, • Availability Required: At least 3–4 days per week, • Shifts are scheduled based on client needs and staff availability, • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds (e.g., toys, therapy materials, • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move around for extended periods during therapy sessions Work Location • In-person (clinic and in-home), • Employees are expected to manage time between sessions and arrive on time for all scheduled appointments Apply today and be part of something meaningful.
