Job Description The Maintenance Tech at CSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time Benefits: • Competitive compensation of $24.00- $26.00 per hour, • Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company, • Healthcare benefits package, • Paid time off and holidays, • 401(k) retirement plan / Matching, • Dental, • Vision, • Performance Bonus Programs, • Housing Discount, • On-going training Responsibilities:, • Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs, • Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues, • Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry work, drywall, and more, • Appliance repair, • Experience and knowledge working on HVAC systems - install and repair, • Make ready apartments - paint, caulking, dry wall, and more, • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed, • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and groundsRequirements:, • Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred, • Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques, • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, • Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks CSC Management is a privately owned, multi-family property management firm headquartered in Aspen, CO.
